Five Star Library - Table of Contents

The Five Star Library is a major component of the Five Star Property Inspections total inspection package.  Just like the other parts of our
inspection system, the library is designed to work hand in hand with the report, inspection options, customer service and our quality links.
Home buyers, sellers, homeowners and realtors will find a vast array of information in our Five Star Library. The library consists of over 120
Adobe (PDF) files, which once clicked on, will download the file to the computer of the user.  Then all you need to do is save it to a folder for
future reference.  All of the library files are linked together, so as you read you will see color coded hyperlinks (
blue with underline) to other
files within the library.

All the files are security protected and are available to anyone, free of charge, as an unprotected file if the need should arise.  (Just send us
a
note or call and we will be happy to help.)

If you hired us to perform an inspection on your property, the library files are part of the report and will be highlighted in
blue with an
underline
within the report.  Just click on the link in the report and it will take you to the necessary information as needed in the report.  Its
just one way we make reporting easy to read and understand, while still giving you the information you need to make those educated buying,
selling or maintenance decisions, and the information is available to you 24/7.  Please feel free to browse the library at anytime and if you
have any questions about anything please
contact us.
